Guarantee Policy
A payment is required to guarantee a room for check-in after 6 PM.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.
No-Show Policy
In the case of a no-show, one night’s stay will be charged.
A fee of 100.00 pesos will apply for each additional person in the same room starting from the third person.
Example 1:
- Children up to 11 years old are considered as such. Children from 12 years old are charged as adults.
Example 2:
- Two children under 12 years old may share a room with two adults.
Pet-Friendly Policy
We are a pet-friendly hotel. The hotel reserves the right to assign specific rooms designated exclusively for guests traveling with pets. In any area of the property, pets must be on a leash, in arms, or in a transport crate when entering or exiting the hotel. Never leave your pet alone in the room when you leave the hotel. Pets are not allowed on or in the hotel furniture or any area of the hotel. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If you need to dry your pet, do not use the hotel towels. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or destruction caused beyond room cleaning, and additional charges may apply if the pet creates disorder, damages furniture, or causes hygiene issues. If another guest complains about barking, noise, or disruptive behavior from your pet, you must remove the pet from the hotel to calm it and prevent disturbances. The hotel will cover one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
Oversold policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from ECOMMERCE 365, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
