You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or revoke the consent you have given us for this purpose. This can be done by submitting a written request in Spanish, which must be presented at the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., as indicated at the beginning of this notice, or sent via postal mail after paying the corresponding shipping fee to the specified address. The request for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection must include and be accompanied by the following: the holder’s name and address or another means to communicate the response to the request, documents proving the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the holder, a clear and precise description of the personal data for which any of the aforementioned rights are being exercised, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, along with your name and handwritten signature. The maximum period to process your request will be fifteen business days from the date of receipt of your request.

Your information may be shared with the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público for monthly company reports. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer the personal data in its databases to governmental institutions that request it, unless the respective holders expressly oppose it.
We reserve the right to modify this notice, notifying you through visible announcements at our lodging establishments and/or personally through our staff when you visit our facilities, without prejudice to also using any other means provided by applicable law.

This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, and 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Based on the provisions of Article 10, Section IV of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. is intended to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship between the holder of such data (the guest), consisting of a lodging contract.
